Indian Players who might be playing their last World Cup in 2019.

The 2019 World Cup is just a few days from Kicking Off. Most of the teams have announced their world cup Squads. India too announced their World Cup Squad last week. With a bunch of Experienced and Young players India is all set to go out in the tournament but there are a few Indian Players who will be playing their last World Cup in 2019. Let us have a look at a few of those Indian Players.

1.Mahendra Singh Dhoni. MS Dhoni has played for India in a total of 3 World Cups till now and this is going to be his 4th. He has served Indian cricket for almost 15 years and is a legend of the game.He already retired from test cricket 4 years ago and was recently dropped from T20 side as well.He is already 37 years of age and this might be the last time we see him don the India Jersey.

2. Shikhar Dhawan. He is playing is 2nd World Cup. In 2015 Shikhar Dhawan was a star performer for India as he mounted 337 runs in just 6 matches at an average of 56.16.But he is already 33 years of age by the time next World Cup starts he will be 37 and he facing stiff competitions from youngsters hence its difficult to say if he will be around by that time.

3. Dinesh Karthik. Dinesh Karthik made his International debut way back in 2004 but could not cement his place in the side as he had to compete with MS Dhoni. He made use of whatever limited chances that he got and has come good of late. He is making his way back in the World Cup after 12 years. This is his 2nd World Cup and probably last as he is already 33 years of age and faces stiff competition from Rishabh Pant and other youngsters.

4. Kedar Jadhav. Kedar Jadhav has provided strength to India’s middle order in the past few years and has also been a handy bowler. This is the first time that he has made it to the World Cup Squad. He is already 34 years of age and by the time the next World Cup starts he will be 38. Form and fitness will also be a factor and hence its difficult to say if he will be able to continue till then.
